Why can't I log into my MyChart? ›

What should I do? If you're having trouble logging in, click the "Forgot Username?" or "Forgot Password?" link below the login fields for assistance. You will go through two-step verification to verify your identity so you can recover your username or password.

Accesss to a child's health information in MyChart is dependent on the age of the child and can no longer be accessed when the child turns 18 years old. Share information with other health care organizations by using Download my record to get an immediate, concise summary of your key health care information.

An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address you used when signing up for MyChart. If you do not have a valid email address on file, contact the MyChart help desk at 800-318-4246. They will help you regain access to your MyChart account.

If you have an email address on file then your MyChart Username will be sent to your email account. If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid email address on file, you must call MyChart Technical Support at 216.444.1740 or toll-free at 1.866.915.3383 for assistance.

If you are still having trouble logging in, contact MyChart Support at 757-534-9440. Will my account be locked after a certain number of unsuccessfull login attempts? When you exceed the maximum amount of allowed login attempts (5), your MyChart account is not automatically locked.

Perform a forced refresh – While on the MyChart web site, hold down the CTRL key and press the F5 key. This function refreshes the page or reloads the file from the server. Clear your Computer's Cache – Clearing your cache can fix Internet errors that may cause your browser to not load properly.

You will see an exclamation point (!) next to the result if it's outside of the normal range, but that isn't necessarily a cause for concern. Your care team will review your results and discuss any follow up needed.

Some test results are not released to your MyChart account because of their sensitive nature. Your doctor determines which types of test results are able to be accessed through MyChart and which might require an in person conversation.

Most likely, you have tried to access your MyChart account 5 times in a row using the wrong password. If you do this, for security purposes, your account is disabled. If your account becomes disabled, you should call 740-454-5008.

How do I reset MyChart account? ›

On the MyChart login screen, click the Forgot Username? or Forgot Password? link for help. If you forgot both your username and password, start with the username first. You will be prompted to answer some security questions to verify your identity so you can recover your username or password.

We aim to protect your privacy and security of your information. While logged into MyChart, if your keyboard remains idle for 15 minutes or more, you will be automatically logged out of MyChart. We recommend that you log out of your MyChart session if you need to leave your computer for even a short period of time.

Recover Your MyChart Username

If you have an e-mail address on file then your MyChart Username will be sent to your e-mail account. If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact MyChart support. Please call 844-432-6893 for assistance.

Note: MyChart is an Epic branded name. Your organization may use a different name for their patient portal. Access the application on your personal device. Carefully review the app's terms and conditions.

We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser when participating in MyChart Video Visits on your computer or laptop. Google Chrome is required for participating in MyChart Video Visits on your mobile device. Safari or other mobile web browsers are often set as the default browser on mobile devices.

My activation code does not work, what should I do? For your security, your activation code expires after 30 days and is no longer valid after the first time you use it. If you still have problems, contact your provider's office and ask for MyChart assistance.
